Set up colleges offered by the school. • Set up programs offered under the colleges including detailed syllabus for each. • Set up course outlines detailed to topics and sub-topics. • Create contents for courses. • Create quizzes and examinations specific to topics and/or courses. • Schedule availability of quizzes and examinations per class or per course. • Post videos and/or links related to topics and/or courses. • Upload ebooks related to topics and/or courses. • Set up grading rubrics per course. • Set up lesson plans based on topics per course detailed per day per week. • View/Print student grades per course per class. • Start or respond to forums with students and/or co-faculty members or school administrators. • Post announcements specific to colleges, programs, or classes or courses. • Validate online enrollment by old students. • Validate online application by new students. • Set up academic graduation requirements per college, such as deployment related activities for maritime cadets. • Generate enrollment reports in summary and/or detailed formats. • Generate CHED and MARINA audited reports like Forms 1, 2, 3, and 4, on demand and based on actual encoded data. • Maintain database of faculty per college which includes the courses that each is qualified to handle. • Maintain database of students including complete academic records of each as recorded into the system. • Set up equipments used in the laboratory or practical modules of the offered courses. • Set up details for each school facility like student capacity and availability per day and/or per week.
